Welcome to Gamerific (“Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service, which is provided by Gamerific (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you post, link, or otherwise make available content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the Service. 6. Account Cancellation / Deactivation

User-Initiated Deactivation: You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deactivation, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Platform-Initiated Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Gamerific is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep service stable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times due to external dependencies and maintenance.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.

Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the selected arbitration institution.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California, United States of America. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
